On June 20 at 8:30 PM, residents can gather to watch a free screening of "Elemental" (PG), bringing their own lawn chairs and blankets for comfort. In addition to the movie, $1 ice cream will be available, adding a sweet treat to the event.
Uwchlan Township Seeks Community Input on Shamona Peck Nature Play
UWCHLAN TWP — Uwchlan Township is set to engage the community in shaping the future of Shamona Peck Nature Play. A feedback session will be held on June 27 at 6:00 PM at the Township Building, 715 N. Ship Rd, Exton. The event will include a detailed presentation and a Q&A session regarding the nature play concept plan, developed with Theurkauf Design & Planning, LLC. This initiative follows the Parks Department's recent demolition of the old playground, marking a new chapter for the space. Residents are encouraged to attend, review the proposed plans, ask questions, and share their feedback to ensure the new nature play area meets the community's needs and expectations.
