This project, awaiting approval in June, is a key part of Coatesville’s broader revitalization strategy. Other significant developments include the National Sports and Events Center, a $50 million complex on West Lincoln Highway. The Planning Commission’s decision, expected on June 12, will determine whether construction on the Brandywine View Apartments will begin this fall.
