West Chester Opens Doors to Great Danes Rescued from Florida Breeding Operation
WEST CHESTER โ Eight Great Danes, which were part of a group of approximately 120 dogs rescued from dire conditions at a Florida breeding operation, have arrived at the Brandywine Valley SPCA. The American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals, along with its partners, facilitated their rescue and transfer. These dogs are currently undergoing a mandatory two-week isolation period to ensure they are healthy before being put up for adoption. The local community is encouraged to consider adopting these dogs to provide them with a much-needed home. Potential adopters are invited to visit the facility from Wednesday to learn more about the adoption process and meet the dogs.
Chester County Woman Charged After Firing at Vehicle in Road Rage Encounter
WILLISTOWN TWP- Racquel Graham, 41, reportedly fired a gun at a car after being passed near the corner of Goshen and Sugartown roads. The bullet hit the victim's passenger-side window and lodged in the doorframe. The victim, unharmed, was able to alert authorities, who quickly apprehended Graham using license plate recognition technology. She has been charged with aggravated assault, reckless endangerment, and related offenses.
