In a deeply distressing event in Levittown, Bucks County, Justin Mohn, aged 32, is now charged with homicide after allegedly beheading his father, Michael Mohn. The horrific incident unfolded at the family home on Upper Orchard Drive, with Justin being apprehended 100 miles away in Fort Indiantown Gap. Court documents disclosed the use of a machete and kitchen knife, both found in the residence, for the heinous act.

The case took a public turn when Justin Mohn posted a 14-minute video on YouTube, holding his father's severed head and making violent, anti-government statements. The video, titled "Call to Arms for American Patriots," was removed by YouTube for violating content policies after garnering over 5,000 views.

Police Shooting Trial: Woman Describes Flight in West Chester Court

Takeshia Landry recounted her terrifying experience during a Chester County traffic stop in court, testifying against West Caln Township Police Sgt. Anthony Sparano. The trial involves Sparano firing at Landry, who fled the scene after a traffic stop, leading to charges of simple assault and reckless endangerment. Video evidence capturing the incident was presented, with Landry detailing her fear for her life.

She claimed she was in West Caln because she was trying to drive from Harrisburg to Washington DC to report “police stalking” her in her hometown. She claimed that along the way tractor-trailer drivers were flashing their lights to cause an accident and she was on rt 10 because her GPS was tampered with. The Harrisburg FBI office didn’t take her claims seriously and she was on her way to Washington.
