Locher's suit targets Delmont Utilities, Inc., Aqua Pennsylvania, Inc., and Downingtown business owners Austin Parke, Jeffrey R. Parke, and Jeffrey R. Parke Company, Inc. Aqua Pennsylvania denies involvement in construction activities, and the defendants Austin Parke, Jeffrey R. Parke, and Jeffrey R. Parke Company, Inc. deny liability, citing intervening and superseding causes.

Caln Township and Downingtown Borough to Witness Aqua Pennsylvania's Water Main Enhancements

Aqua Pennsylvania announces two upcoming phases of construction to improve water infrastructure in Caln Township and Downingtown Borough. Commencing the week of February 5, 2024, Phase I involves a $1,930,000 project installing 3,300 feet of new water main on Lloyd Avenue. Phase II, also starting in February, entails the installation of 5,200 feet of new water main on Rock Raymond Road, Manor Avenue, and Lloyd Avenue.
