Every sales leader knows the feeling. You walk into a pipeline review with a number you believe in, and twenty minutes later, you're defending every line item to a CEO who just wants to know what's actually going to close.
HubSpot Sales Hub ends that conversation. Every deal, every rep's activity, and every buyer signal are all in one place and updated automatically. So your forecast is built on what's actually happening. And when you present that number, you can stand behind it.

West Chester University to Honor Alumnus Lost on 9/11 as 25th Anniversary Nears

WEST CHESTER UNIVERSITY β West Chester University is planning two days of events for the 25th anniversary of the Sept. 11 attacks, anchored by a tribute to Michael Horrocks, a 1985 alumnus and former Golden Rams football player who was co-pilot of United Airlines Flight 175, the second plane to hit the World Trade Center. A statue of Horrocks stands at John A. Farrell Stadium, where players touch its toe before taking the field for home games.
At Saturday's 6 p.m. home opener against Indiana University of Pennsylvania, the stadium will observe a moment of silence for Horrocks and all who died in the attacks, followed by a post-game film tribute and fireworks marking the start of the home season.
On Friday morning, the WCU Student Veterans Group will host a public memorial ceremony on the Academic Quad from 9 to 10:30 a.m. West Chester Police Chief Josh Lee will speak, along with Jeremy Ruspantine, a student veteran who was in high school on 9/11 and later served in Iraq. That evening, the Wells School of Music's free 10th annual Concert on the Quad will include Barber's "Adagio for Strings" as a 9/11 tribute and Copland's "Lincoln Portrait," narrated by university President Laurie Bernotsky. Both Friday events move to the Emilie K. Asplundh Concert Hall in case of rain.

Downingtown Seeks Volunteers to Fill Seats on Five Boards and Committees
DOWNINGTOWN, PA β Downingtown Borough announced Wednesday that it is seeking residents to serve on five volunteer panels that help shape local policy. The openings include an alternate seat on the Zoning Hearing Board, alternate positions on the Planning Commission, and vacancies on the Historic Commission, the Flood Advisory Committee and the Sustainability Advisory Committee.
The borough emphasized that applicants do not need a professional background in any of these areas. Most of the panels meet once a month.
Descriptions of each board and committee, along with the volunteer application, are available at downingtown.org/281/Volunteer. Residents with questions can call the borough office at 610-269-0344, ext. 201.

From Cop to Camera: How John Thompson of JWTIV Photo Is Redefining Boudoir Photography in Chester County
DOWNINGTOWN, PA β Host Jenny Leigh talks with boudoir photographer John Thompson, who traded a nearly decade-long law enforcement career in Georgia for a fresh start in Chester County after meeting his wife, Victoria. Thompson shares how he built JWTIV Photo into an award-winning boudoir business focused on everyday women β moms, brides, and first responders β rather than models, and how he and Victoria create a comfortable, full-day client experience from consultation to reveal.
He speaks openly about overcoming stereotypes as a male photographer, the professional credentials and training behind his work, and the emotional impact of helping clients see themselves in a new light β an experience that's also been part of his own healing from his time in law enforcement. The episode wraps with a look at what sets his business apart and his love for life in Chester County as a transplant who's made it home.
