Your K-Cup Has Been Sitting in a Warehouse for Months

That grocery store pod? It was roasted long before it hit the shelf. Coffee starts losing flavor within weeks of roasting — which is why your morning cup tastes flat, no matter how nice your machine is.

Angelino's does it differently. A third-generation roaster in Los Angeles, they roast, grind, and seal every pod in-house for peak freshness, then ship it to your door within days of roasting. The difference is the first thing you'll notice: real aroma, real flavor, no bitterness.

Mix and match from 50+ specialty coffees, teas, and flavored blends — all Keurig®-compatible — and save more with every box you add, up to 34% off at 12+. Order once whenever you're running low, or subscribe for an extra 5% if that's easier. Entirely up to you.

New customers get 15% off their first order — applied automatically, no code needed.

Raccoon Attack Along Brandywine Trail Sparks Rabies Warning

EAST BRADFORD TWP — The Chester County Health Department confirmed that a person was injured by a raccoon on Friday, July 10, along the Brandywine Trail in East Bradford Township, in the section between the Sugars Bridge Nature Area and the Harmony Hill Access Trail. The injured individual is currently seeking medical attention, and as of this week, health officials have not determined whether the raccoon was carrying rabies.

In response, the department has issued a public advisory urging residents not to approach, feed, or attempt to catch raccoons in the area. Officials outlined common warning signs of rabies in wild animals, including unusual aggressiveness or unusual tameness, loss of fear around humans, unprovoked attacks, stumbling, seizures, drooling, and paralysis. Anyone who encounters a raccoon exhibiting these behaviors — or who has direct contact with one — is asked to contact the Chester County Health Department at 610-344-6225 for further guidance. The department also reminded residents to stay alert for wildlife while walking pets in the vicinity of the trail.

East Brandywine Concert Postponed to Tuesday Night

EAST BRANDYWINE TWP — East Brandywine's Parks and Recreation Department announced that a summer concert originally planned for Friday evening at the Community Park has been postponed. The performance, featuring the band Chico's Vibe, will now take place Tuesday, July 14, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.

Both the band and township officials thanked residents for their patience and understanding regarding the change in schedule, and encouraged the community to attend the rescheduled performance.

Milling and Paving Project Brings Overnight Delays to Three Corridors

COATESVILLE, PA — Chester County drivers should prepare for a week of overnight delays as resurfacing crews begin work on three state-maintained corridors starting Sunday, July 12. The project, which includes milling and repaving, will run through Friday, July 17, with closures scheduled between 6 p.m. and 6 a.m. depending on the location.

In West Sadsbury Township, a lane closure with flagging will affect Business U.S. 30 (Lincoln Highway) between Route 10 and the Lancaster County line from Sunday through Thursday, with nightly work from 7 p.m. to 5 a.m. In Honey Brook Township, Cambridge Road will face similar restrictions between Route 322 and the Lancaster County line from Monday through Friday, with closures from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. In Coatesville, 1st Avenue and Oak Street will be restricted between Lincoln Highway and Woodland Avenue during the same window, with nightly closures from 7 p.m. to 5 a.m.

No detours have been announced for any of the three locations, and officials are asking drivers to follow flaggers, reduce speed through work zones, and use alternate routes when feasible. The resurfacing effort is intended to repair existing roadway damage and install new asphalt to create smoother, longer-lasting driving surfaces across the affected corridors.

Insect Safari Set to Buzz Into Bondsville Mill Park

The event, recommended for ages 6 to 11, will run from 1 to 2:30 p.m. and will cover what these insects do and the roles they play in the local environment.
