15% Off Your First Order of Fresh-Roasted Pods

Most K-Cups sit in a warehouse for months before they reach your brewer — and you can taste it. Angelino's, a third-generation roaster in Los Angeles, does it differently: every pod is roasted, ground, and sealed fresh in-house, then shipped to your door within days of roasting.

Choose from 50+ specialty coffees — single origins, dark roasts, flavored favorites like Jamaican Me Crazy, plus decafs and teas — all compatible with your Keurig® brewer. Mix and match any coffees you like, and watch the savings climb: bulk discounts start at 5+ boxes and reach up to 34% off at 12+.

And here's the best part: new customers get an extra 15% off their first order, on top of bulk savings. It's applied automatically at checkout — no code, no subscription required. Free shipping on orders over $49 or 4+ boxes.

Fresh coffee shouldn't require a coffee shop.

Downingtown Strong to Hold Block Captain Training Saturday

DOWNINGTOWN, PA — Downingtown Strong is holding a Block Captain Training session this Saturday, Aug. 22, from 10 to 11 a.m. at Central Presbyterian Church on West Uwchlan Avenue, with a Zoom option for those attending remotely. The training introduces residents to the Block Captain program, a key part of the borough's disaster preparedness and recovery planning. Block Captains act as a bridge between Downingtown Strong and their neighbors, sharing critical information before, during and after emergencies such as flooding. The organization is working toward a goal of having a Block Captain on every block in Downingtown, with particular focus on areas most vulnerable to flooding. Officials say the initiative is designed to increase community awareness, strengthen neighborhood connections and improve overall readiness in the event of a disaster. Those interested in participating can find more information on the Downingtown Strong website.

Rain Postpones Lenape Brass Ensemble Concert; New Date Set for Sept. 3

WEST BRADFORD TWP — A Child's Light, a Chester County nonprofit focused on expedited mental health support for young trauma survivors, has wrapped up a four-week pilot of its new program, "Strong Bodies, Calm Minds." Running from late July to mid-August, the program used physical activities such as non-contact boxing, jump rope and grounding exercises alongside therapeutic reflection to help children recognize and regulate the physical sensations tied to difficult emotions.

The approach was designed to reach children for whom traditional talk therapy may not be developmentally suitable, using movement and play as a more accessible way to build trust and open emotional conversations. Ten children enrolled in the pilot, with seven attending consistently throughout its run. The program concluded with a recognition ceremony where participants received certificates, gift cards and photos documenting their progress.
