Gray Hair? This Is How You Reduce It Naturally

Dye fixes gray hair… by giving you a new problem: looking dyed. Particle Anti-Gray Serum is the all-natural, non-dye, no-mess solution for men who want their real color back, not a recreation of it.

The 5-second daily spray works gradually at the root to restore pigment for natural, visible results on your hair and beard.

Unlike hair dyes that aggressively color your hair and require annoying upkeep, Particle Anti-Gray Serum is clean and extremely easy to use. It stimulates the melanin inside the hair and does not use artificial color.

PennDOT Repairs Major Roads in Chester County Next Week

DOWNINGTOWN, PA — Chester County drivers can expect periodic lane closures and slowdowns as PennDOT District 6 carries out pavement repairs on some of the region's most heavily traveled roads this week. The work is part of a wider push to address deteriorating road conditions across the five-county Philadelphia area, where the department has logged more than 2,100 pothole complaints since January and laid down approximately 660 tons of asphalt.

In Chester County, affected roads include U.S. 1 near New Garden Township, U.S. 30 along the Coatesville-Downingtown Bypass, and U.S. 202 through a stretch of suburban townships. Crews will also work on Route 23, Route 100, Route 724, Corner Ketch Road, and Old Baltimore Pike. Lane restrictions are limited to daytime hours, and no detours have been announced. Commuters are urged to allow extra travel time and stay alert in and around work zones.

Pennsylvania Awards $15 Million to Boost Small Business Growth, Chester County Among Recipients

HARRISBURG, PA — The Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development has announced $15 million in new grants aimed at helping small businesses across the state, with Chester County positioned to benefit from multiple funded programs. The money flows through the Historically Disadvantaged Business Assistance Program and will establish 10 micro-grant initiatives administered by regional economic development groups and other anchor institutions.

Five of the 10 programs are focused on southeastern Pennsylvania. The Chester County Economic Development Council secured $1.1 million to serve a nine-county area. Greenline Access Capital and the Women's Opportunities Resource Center each received $500,000, with both organizations serving Chester County businesses alongside neighboring counties. The Pennsylvania CDFI Network, the largest single recipient at $8.45 million, will distribute resources statewide.

Don't Toss It: Chester County Offers Safe Disposal Events for Household Hazardous Waste

DOWNINGTOWN, PA — Chester County residents looking to safely dispose of leftover household hazardous waste have several opportunities to do so this year through the Chester County Solid Waste Authority's collection event series. The program provides an alternative to improper disposal, which can harm the environment and create safety risks throughout the waste management chain.

For those in Downingtown, the two most convenient events are a Friday, June 26 stop at the Chester County Intermediate Unit in Coatesville, and a Sunday, October 4 event at Downingtown West High School. The authority stresses that hazardous materials — which can include items like old paint, cleaning chemicals, and lithium batteries — should never be placed in regular trash or recycling. Participants must register ahead of time, and a complete list of accepted materials is available on the authority's website at chestercountyswa.org. Additional collection dates are offered at other locations across the county for residents seeking more options throughout the year.
