Winter Weather Arrives Early as Nor'easter Approaches Mid-Atlantic
DOWNINGTOWN, PA — A winter storm approaching southeastern Pennsylvania could bring the region's first plowable snow of the season Monday night into Tuesday. Areas north of I-78 may see several inches, while the I-95 corridor, including Chester County, is expected to receive minimal accumulation. The December 2 timing could challenge historical snowfall records for the date. Warmer temperatures later in the week should melt whatever snow falls.
PennDOT Schedules Weeklong Roadwork on Route 401

UWCHLAN TWP — PennDOT will implement alternating lane closures on Conestoga Road (Route 401) in Uwchlan Township from December 1-5. Work will occur between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. daily, with flaggers directing traffic between Newcomen Road and Seven Oaks Road. Motorists should expect delays and plan for extra travel time.
Holiday Village Market Returns to Kennett Square for Ninth Season
