The Missing Piece in Your Weight Loss Journey

GLP-1 medications have transformed weight loss. But while you’re celebrating your progress, you may also notice visible changes to your skin, like volume loss and sagging.

OneSkin’s OS-01 BODY MOISTURIZER is engineered to keep pace with your body composition changes—designed to support skin firmness and elasticity during GLP-1 use. Backed by longevity science and powered by the proprietary OS-01 Peptide™, it works at the cellular level to visibly smooth skin, strengthen the barrier, and improve skin’s resilience over time, targeting a root cause of thin, sagging skin.

You can see visibly stronger skin within 12 weeks, and benefits compound with consistent, daily use. No wonder Shape awarded it as the Best Moisturizer for Loose Skin.

You don't have to choose between your weight loss journey and your skin health. Make OneSkin’s OS-01 BODY MOISTURIZER part of your routine and support healthier, more resilient skin for the long haul.

Hatfield Meats Family Adds Downingtown’s Mill Town Square to Its Portfolio

DOWNINGTOWN, PA — Clemens Development, a subsidiary of The Clemens Family Corporation, has purchased Mill Town Square in Downingtown for $22.4 million, according to the Philadelphia Business Journal. The 104,000-square-foot shopping center occupies a full block on 8.7 acres at 150 East Pennsylvania Avenue, just off the borough’s downtown. Its tenants include Planet Fitness, its anchor, along with Kimberton Whole Foods, Sherwin-Williams, Main Line Health and Great Clips.

The sale closes a 24-year run for local owner Tripoint Properties, which acquired the 1971-built center in 2002. At about $215 per square foot, the price is in line with other suburban retail deals this fall. The Clemens family, whose companies bring in roughly $2.5 billion a year and include Hatfield-based Clemens Food Group, has spent more than 15 years assembling a real estate portfolio now worth over $200 million, with retail, residential and industrial properties that include sites leased to Lowe’s and Wawa.

County Programs Help Families Support Loved Ones in Recovery

WEST CHESTER, PA — The Chester County Department of Drug and Alcohol Services recently hosted Pennsylvania Drug and Alcohol Programs Secretary Dr. Latika Davis-Jones and local prevention providers to review two family-focused recovery programs.

The Family Learning Series, run by Be a Part of the Conversation, has given more than 1,000 Pennsylvania residents tools to support a loved one with substance use disorder and trained 600 Chester County residents as recovery partners. The county’s Family Recovery Course, supported by nearly $70,000 from the state, offers three interactive sessions for parents and caregivers of children of any age facing substance use. County officials said the course was shaped by families who felt lost even after a loved one entered treatment, and organizers said participants credit it with changing their path. Both programs focus on understanding recovery, improving communication, self-care for caregivers and connecting families through support groups
