Sauna and Cold Plunge Facility Seeks Approval For Boot Road Site in Downingtown

DOWNINGTOWN, PA — The East Caln Township Board of Supervisors has scheduled a public hearing for October 16, 2024, to review a conditional use application from Surge Sauna and Cold Plunge, a wellness facility seeking to open at 1150 Boot Road, Downingtown. Located within the OC-3 Office Commercial, Hotel/Motel Campus District, the business plans to offer sauna and cold plunge services and must gain approval to operate under the township's zoning rules. The hearing will take place at the East Caln Township Temporary Office Building, and the public is encouraged to attend and provide input.
