The first project involves the "friendly condemnation" and purchase of 25.6 wooded acres on Sheeder Road, a property rich in wildlife and water resources. A second initiative supports a conservation easement to protect 126 acres of Camp Innabah, a summer camp partially located in South Coventry Township. This easement, managed by the French and Pickering Creek Conservation Trust, will restrict development while allowing the camp to continue its operations.
