Final Stages Underway for Uwchlan Township's Peck Road Improvements

DOWNINGTOWN, PA — Uwchlan Township has announced that the Peck Road culvert installation is approaching its final phase, with significant progress made in recent weeks. Crews have been diligently working on grading the roadway and positioning manholes for the new infrastructure. The base and binding layers of paving have been laid, and the final top coat is scheduled for early next week. Once the paving is complete, workers will shift focus to line painting, signage installation, and the placement of a guiderail, all of which are necessary steps to ensure road safety and proper traffic management. The township plans to provide an update next week with a clearer timeline for when Peck Road will be reopened, signaling the conclusion of this key infrastructure project. The community is thanked for its patience as these final touches are put in place.
