Bam Margera Sees Charges Dropped in Radnor Township Case

Brandon "Bam" Margera's legal troubles took a positive turn as charges of public intoxication and disorderly conduct were withdrawn in Radnor Township. The withdrawal, occurring at the office of District Judge Sloan Walker, marks a notable development in Margera's ongoing legal saga.

The incident in question, unfolding at the Radnor Hotel on August 9th, prompted police intervention following reports of a disturbance involving Margera. Despite exhibiting signs of intoxication and disorderly behavior, Margera was later released after being cited for the aforementioned offenses.

However, Margera's legal battles are far from over. With a trial scheduled in Chester County next week, Margera faces more serious allegations, including threats against family members and assault on his brother, dating back to April.

Chaddsford Winery Hits Market at $4.5 Million Amidst Industry Boom

Chaddsford Winery, an iconic presence in Pennsylvania's wine landscape since its establishment in 1982, is now listed for sale by its New York-based owners. Valued at $4.5 million, the offering encompasses not only the winery business but also its 5-acre estate nestled in Chester County.

Managed by Corey Krejcik, the winery continues its operations uninterrupted as potential buyers are sought out. Despite the discreet nature of the listing, reports of the sale were first surfaced by the Philadelphia Business Journal.

Pennsylvania's burgeoning wine industry has seen remarkable growth, with Chaddsford Winery playing a significant role. Producing an average of 24,000 cases annually, the winery boasts a diverse portfolio catering to diverse palates. Additionally, its estate serves as a sought-after events venue, hosting a myriad of celebrations and festivals throughout the year.

Despite shifting consumer preferences favoring sweet wines, Chaddsford Winery maintains its commitment to quality across its offerings. Krejcik, who has been with the winery for nearly two decades, remains optimistic about the future, open to various outcomes arising from the sale.

Founder Brendan Cawley expressed excitement about expanding the partnership with Tractor Supply Company, highlighting the success of Righteous Felon's flagship flavors in their stores. The collaboration caters to the preferences of discerning consumers seeking premium snacks at accessible prices.

Wawa's Proposed Store at Parkway Shopping Center Faces Setback After Supervisors' Decision

At Tuesday's West Goshen supervisor's meeting, plans for a new Wawa convenience store faced rejection due to concerns over traffic safety and pedestrian access. Despite Wawa's conditional-use application aiming to replace Timothy's Restaurant and other storefronts at Parkway Shopping Center, the board unanimously voted against approval.

Chair of the West Goshen Board of Supervisors, Ashley Gagne, emphasized the board's commitment to upholding township codes and ensuring compliance with established standards. Key issues raised during the meeting included traffic flow from Route 202 onto High Street, internal traffic circulation, and adherence to township ordinances regarding propane storage.
