Tukad Unda Project

Site work construction for two warehouses on the 27-acre former Wyeth property in West Chester has commenced. According to builder Eli Kahn, the initial phase focuses on underground work, including stormwater pipe repairs and the removal of an old electrical line. However, vertical construction has not yet begun, as they are awaiting a tenant who will determine specifics such as the number of loading docks. The two warehouses are expected to encompass approximately 515,000 square feet, with the majority of the site dedicated to roofs, driveways, and parking spaces, along with some green space. Previously considered by Amazon, the Wyeth Property is no longer of interest to the e-commerce giant.
