ATGLEN TWP — As Monarch butterflies become less common, opportunities to observe these graceful insects in the wild are increasingly valuable. On Sunday, August 11th, Wolf's Hollow Park will host a special event led by Ranger Henry, designed to educate the public about the important relationship between Monarchs and milkweed. From 3:00 to 4:30 p.m., attendees can join a mile-long hike through the park, where they will learn about the life cycle of Monarchs, the role of milkweed in their survival, and conservation efforts to protect this iconic species. The hike is open to all ages, offering a chance to appreciate nature and gain insight into the challenges facing Monarch populations.
Chester County Announces 2024 Household Hazardous Waste Collection Schedule
OXFORD, PA — In 2024, Chester County will host several Household Hazardous Waste Collection events exclusively for residential participants.
