Your Dog Deserves Better Than Mystery Kibble

Most kibble is cooked at extreme temperatures that strip out the nutrients your dog actually needs. Your dog deserves better than that.

Spot & Tango's UnKibble is the only human-grade dog food that delivers all the benefits of fresh food without taking up fridge space. Made with USDA-grade meats, plus fresh fruits and vegetables, then gently dried at low temps to lock in up to 99% of nutrients. As vets say: "This is the food dogs were born to eat."

It's pantry-friendly, delivered to your door, and comes with a personalized scoop sized to your dog's exact needs. No guesswork, no prep, no refrigeration.

350,000+ dog parents have already made the switch — and 87% saw health improvements in their pup after switching.

A little gift your dog deserves. Try it risk-free with a 14-day money-back guarantee and get 60% off with code DESERVES60

Chester County Lights the Courthouse Blue for Law Enforcement

WEST CHESTER, PA — The historic Chester County Courthouse in West Chester is being lit in blue this week to honor the county's law enforcement officers. The display, announced by the county government, recognizes the courage and service of local police and coincides with the period around National Police Week.

Students Build More Than a Mailbox for West Pikeland's Officers

WEST PIKELAND TWP — The West Pikeland Township Police Department received a thoughtful gift on Friday, May 8, when students from the Center for Arts and Technology's Pickering Campus delivered a handcrafted mailbox to Chief Goggin and Officer Kurt DeForrest. Built under the supervision of CAT teacher Michael Bland, the mailbox features the West Pikeland Police emblem laser-engraved on each side and was constructed from wood donated by Ryan Barger, a CAT Pickering alumnus and the owner of Chester County Craftworks.

Township officials say the piece is meant to be more than functional. For the department, it stands as a daily reminder that craftsmanship, attention to detail and professionalism are values worth carrying into police work.

An Invitation to Bike to Work in Chester County: Annual Bike To Work Day: 2026

EXTON, PA — The Transportation Management Association of Chester County is inviting residents to take part in its annual Bike to Work Day on Thursday, May 14, with a 5.5-mile group ride starting at 7:30 a.m. Designed to be flat, relaxed and welcoming to riders of any ability, the event is intended less as a competitive ride than as an approachable way to consider cycling as part of a regular commute.

Participants who complete the ride will find light food, refreshments and raffle prizes waiting at the finish. Organizers say the goal is simple: encourage area residents to give cycling a try without the worry of pace or distance. Registration is open through the association's website

The Chester County Town Tour Returns, This Time to Spring City

SPRING CITY, PA — The Chester County Planning Commission's Town Tour series continues on Wednesday, May 14, with a stop in Spring City led in partnership with the Spring-Ford Area Historical Society. The borough has a long and varied history tied to Chester County's industrial development, beginning with early grist mills built along the Schuylkill River and expanding into stove making, iron and steel manufacturing in the years that followed.

Spring City was also one of the most active points along the Schuylkill Canal, a corridor that helped move goods between Pennsylvania's interior and Philadelphia during the canal's operational years. The tour will guide visitors past a number of historically significant buildings and sites, offering context for places that today blend into the everyday streetscape. More information, including route and registration details, is available on the Planning Commission's website.
