Bark Ranger Thor Leads Trail Etiquette Workshop at Hibernia Park

WEST CALN TWP — Chester County has introduced a new ambassador for its popular Bark Ranger program: Thor, the latest canine to join efforts promoting responsible dog ownership in public parks. Thor, alongside his handler Ranger Wolf, will host a trail etiquette session on Thursday, April 3, at Hibernia County Park from 2:00 to 3:30 p.m.

The program, part of Chester County Parks + Preservation’s broader conservation and public engagement mission, teaches pet owners how to responsibly enjoy trails with their dogs while helping protect local natural spaces. Topics include leash rules, proper waste disposal, and tips for safe dog-to-dog interactions on the trail.
