🦅 EAGLES WIN SUPER BOWL 2025! 🏈 🏆
NEW ORLEANS, LA — The Philadelphia Eagles dominated Super Bowl LIX, racing to a 34-0 lead before closing out a 40-22 victory over the Kansas City Chiefs. A suffocating defense, highlighted by six sacks and two key interceptions, set the stage for a blowout. Jalen Hurts earned MVP honors, leading both the passing and rushing attack, while the Chiefs’ late push came too late to change the outcome. The Eagles secured their fifth NFL championship and denied Kansas City’s bid for a three-peat.

Fans Flood Streets of West Chester After Eagles’ Super Bowl Win
WEST CHESTER, PA — After the Eagles’ Super Bowl win tonight, fans filled the streets of West Chester to celebrate. Dressed in green and various player's jerseys, fans celebrated the win with fireworks and singing the team's fight song. The crowd resembled what was also seen on Broad Street tonight on a smaller scale but still just as passionate.
This week’s spotlight episode features The Investor Agents with Steven Seymour and local real estate investor, Kevin Busza. They talk about Kevin’s journey into real estate at a young age and at one point accumulating 50 properties by his early 30’s.
