The accident occurred around 10:45 a.m. close to Downingtown, between the Route 322 and Route 113 exits. At least one other vehicle was involved, but authorities confirmed that no one was hurt. Responders swiftly moved to address the debris from the overturned truck, working through the day to reopen the roadway. Officials have not released details on what led to the crash, but an investigation is ongoing.

In 2017, he pleaded guilty to similar charges after admitting to indecent behavior on a public trail, which prosecutors say shows that he understood the offensive nature of his actions. Overton, who played in the NBA for 11 seasons and later served as a coach at Lincoln University, is scheduled for trial next month. A judge has yet to rule on whether evidence of the earlier conviction can be introduced. Overton’s attorney did not immediately respond to inquiries.
