He seized the starting quarterback role and led the Buckeyes on a title run, capping a college journey defined by patience, perseverance, and success on the biggest stage.

DOWNINGTOWN, PA ā If you live in or are from Downingtown, one thing is certain that you will at some point experience people constantly mispronouncing your town name. A pretty straight-forward name, pronounced exactly as itās written, yet it still seems to trip up otherwise intelligent people. From Tagging to Tallying: Pennsylvaniaās Winter Push to Protect Wild Turkeys
KENNETT SQUARE, PA ā Wild turkeys have been making regular appearances in Chester Countyās rural regions, providing a timely opportunity for residents to participate in a statewide research project. The Pennsylvania Game Commission is requesting public assistance in pinpointing turkey flocks through March 15. After assessing suitable sites, wildlife crews will trap, tag, and release the birds on the spot. Some will also receive GPS transmitters to track their movements and behavior as part of a comprehensive study that monitors turkey populations across Pennsylvania and neighboring states.
This initiative aims to better understand factors such as nest success, survival rates, and disease prevalenceādata that could shape future conservation strategies. The effort is paired with public calls for hunters or anyone who encounters a banded bird to report its band number. The project marks the largest undertaking of its kind by the Game Commission, in collaboration with Penn State University and the University of Pennsylvaniaās Wildlife Futures Program.
